How to File a Warranty Claim
Promptly report the issue by calling 605-377-6500 or emailing jesse@bztwraps.com. Include photos and your invoice or installation date when available.
Allow BZT Wraps to inspect and evaluate the issue. Photos can help us understand the concern before arranging an inspection.
After evaluating the claim, we'll explain the coverage decision and any applicable remedy. Scheduling depends on the work and materials involved.
